Delicious cookies and cakes! Our family especially adores their special Opera cake.
We can't thank Sweet Pea Bakery enough for the amazing job they did on our desserts a wedding cake. The cupcakes, keylime poppers,cheesecake poppers and the flourless chocolate poppers were all so delicious and gone by the end of the night. Our wedding cake was decorated so beautifully and couldn't have tasted better.
I wish I could give them no stars! Thanks for being the only disappointing part of my wedding day! 3 out of the 4 custom specifics I requested for my wedding order were not done. They lied about their capabilities and therefore made my cake nothing like we had discussed. I was surprised with the dryness and lack of taste of the cake. About the only thing that was done correctly was that they delivered the cake on time. I would never recommend this company, especially with their hidden fees that they sprung on me twice after I had paid off the original amount.
I come here every other day for one of their ginant ginger molasses cookies! They are such a good price and taste amazing, supper tender and still with a little crisp! The staff is always friendly, and the location is very convenient and it's easy to find, and see from the road:)
Absolutely humiliating experience. We wanted to inquire about wedding cakes, only to be immediately disregarded and told everything they wouldn't do for us. We only wanted a small cake with nearly 5 months notice, and the woman acted like they would be going out of their way for us. "And only simple, nothing fancy and definitely no other desserts". We have never been treated so poorly. The woman in the shop treated us like a nuisance, rather than potential business for the shop. We were treated rudely the entire time and are horrified that this is how the establishment treats their customers. We will definitely be telling everyone we know about this experience and to NEVER EVER do business with "Sweet" Pea Bakery!!!!
