Yummy! A few mistakes but they were fixed quickly! There was a long wait but we had 10 people. Love this place.
Food open late! The best place to get together after work and catch up! The food is amazing! Best thing on the menu is the craft beer burger! The staff as always been so friendly and attentive! I love it here!
I think this is a training and service issue that can be fixed and I hope they do so.
Had an overall negative experience, mostly with being seated. Hosting staff didn't have a good method for turning tables and could really use some customer service training. We had a big group and a long wait, which was understandable. But when they did try to seat us, they placed us in a line of tables with our entire party facing a wall... then the manager got snippy when we complained.
After about 12 hours of driving, we were very glad to find this place still open at 9:00 pm. And we were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, great food and huge beer selection. My craft beer burger was absolutely delicious...juicy with yummy toppings of onions and beer cheese sauce. And the onion rings were some of the best I have ever tasted! My guy had a mini pan pizza that was also tasty with generous toppings. While I had wine, he had a flight of local beers...we were both happy with our choices! Our server, Cheyenne, was very friendly and attentive! It was a wonderful way to end a very long day!! I hear an Old Chicago is coming to my home town. I predict we will be regulars!
It was fairly busy so we knew we'd have a wait. We were greeted immediately with kindness. The wait wasn't long. Our waitress was very sweet and the food was excellent! Thanks for a great experience!
