A.S Reviewer, Seeing this is the 2nd time you've come into the Salon with the same exact problem and raising the exact same issue (for your SON'S HAIRCUT, NOT yourself as you make it seem in this review) it's obvious there's no way to please even you. The Stylists who are extremely professional, courteous and informative walked you through the process before cutting your son's hair, but it seems you have not only a communicative problem and a reality problem. As the owner, I still truly doubt you actually went to a Barber at 9pm at night. Those fellas typically are home by 5pms. If you're going to make a constructive review, please get your facts right and accurately state them. Don't embellish and victimize your inaccurate experience. Let it be known also that you are not welcomed in the Salon ever again! I won't allow you, nor tolerate you insulting or mistreating Stylists who are the very best to work with. Consider yourself Blacklisted. We've NEVER had a bad experience from a customer since owning the Salon. Unlike you who seem to have bad experience everywhere you go. God help Bozeman's businesses!
I stopped in here at the end of the day to get a hair cut. After my hair dried and I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe how uneven and messed up it was. It was so bad I had to search for a place that was open til 9 and pay a second time for someone to fix it. The girl didnt seem to know anything about cutting hair as she was asking me what sizes to use on the clippers. Usually you can go in, give them an idea of what you want and they can figure out what to use. But this girl needed step by step instructions and since I'm not a barber I didnt know what to tell her. Maybe since I couldnt hold her hand while she cut my hair is why is was messed up beyond belief.
