Zocalo has an incredibly friendly and skillful staff, and is a hotbed for local talent whether it's music, poetry or stand-up! There is live entertainment up to four times a week!
Nice atmosphere. I've only tried their cappuccinos, but the balance of flavors is amazing! It can be hard to find a place to sit, but that's about the only problem. They have two bathrooms, which is nice, but not really necessary. They could probably increase their seating if they got rid of one of them.
What's not to love?
Friendly staff, stunning atmosphere and layout, amazing coffee, outstanding local draft beer, respectable but limited wine selection, and a few other awesome things to enjoy.
Pumpkin pie latte is FANTASTIC! The coffee shop has a good vibe and seating as well. Love that they have tap beers!
A good way to judge a coffee shop is by their ability to make a cappuccino. They know how to do it here, strong espresso, lots of foam. Other coffee is good too.
