I have found the staff and Dr. Mortenson to always be kind, helpful, friendly and eager. They have worked with my finances which has been most helpful. Additionally, I feel they understand the needs of the patient very well. The jokes, the atmosphere, the staff and the work itself has made me feel very good about myself. Had a dental emergency over the weekend and this office was recommended to me by a few coworkers. Not only was their office able to get me right in away but everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Mortenson was very kind and made me feel like I was right at home. Also shout out to the front desk staff for helping me with an insurance issue. This office has made a customer for life.
Mandi Nagel, RDN is a gem. I have not had a better cleaning in 30 years. She is skilled and passionate about her job and she left my teeth looking and feeling amazing. If you add Dr. Lyons, who is very gentle and knowledgeable, to the mix; it's a winning team. I am so happy to have found them!
