I love Costco! And have for many years but even more now. My mom has dementia and as it gets more and more difficult to shop with her because sales people in general are impatient, rude, and resentful of any extra customer service requested. Not at Costco, the associates are always pleasant and helpful they offer to load my purchases in my car. They are nice to my Mom and employees have sat with her while I shopped. They also found her once when she wandered away. Even on busy days and it seems like the lines are forever they open more lines and checking out is a breeze. I had an associate stop me to tell me that they received an item they were out of the week previously.
We shop here often, and have saved enough and gotten enough cash back to pay for the membership fee several times over, so I would definitely consider the fee "worth it". We have done a lot of price comparison research, both from local stores and online, and have seen that Costco saves us a bundle on most of our regular food and household items. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!
Bad management lackies of stock holder pressure. Yuppies will keep them in business. Decent prices.
We have had innumerable good experiences with Costco over many years, and very highly recommend our local Costco to anyone and everyone!
Been a member since they opened and before I was a member in Billings. They treat their members do well. They go over and above for you. They have been very helpful whenever I've need assistance. Staff is great. Love the flowers also. We ordered over 200 long stem while roses for my daughter's wedding for the tables then again for our anniversary party few years later.. You need to order in advance. They were awesome and had it all ready. Great way to save money.
They have a good selection of food and household items, and it is appreciated that they carry a number of items for those of us on certain diets, like gluten-sensitive or paleo. They have a wonderful seasonal section, I am particularly fond of their amazing flower bulbs!
My husband really likes the food court, you can't beat a delicious dog and drink combo for $1.50. The eye-care doctor and glasses center are superb. Costco is just about the whole package!
This is a typical Costco that seems just a little bit smaller than most. The people were courteous. Nothing really stood out of the ordinary. We got to blow dry her hair. The shelves were well stocked and there were plenty of choices in the meat department. They had a wide selection of children's books and cookbooks. They had some lovely jewelry and lots of electronics.
The Costco staff is top-notch, and it is easy to see they are happy to be there and are treated well. In turn, the staff passes on that extra bit of care and professionalism to us Costco customers, making for an excellent experience every time we shop.
