Why every time I go in hete it's the worst customer service ever. Not to mention the store is always dirty. I was standing there for 5 minutes while two agents were on thr phone and the 3rd agent just stood in the back watching me and drinking a soda. Didn't say a word to me while I stood there. This has never changed in the 11 years I have lived here.
I mailed a package from Bozeman to my home in Chicago weeks before christmas. Two days before Christmas the package was still not there with over $100 worth of gifts in it. After calling UPS 3 times they finally managed to tell me I needed to contact the store I sent it from, after calling the store they directed me back to UPS help line... Finally I got very upset and an employee at the store managed to finally find out my package had been broken and then thrown out WEEKS ago. I was NOT notified despite them having my phone number, address, and email. They then said I had to file a claim even though they already told me they broke it. So the UPS employee tells me they will call me when they are updated. 3 MONTHS GO BY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. So I go in and complain AGAIN. They then inform me that they cannot refund me because it was my fault the package had broke due to "insufficient packaging" and they new this because the perfumes and lotions had leaked out everywhere. EXCEPT said lotions and perfumes were wrapped in loads of tissue paper AND vacuum sealed because they were brand new, they were also plastic. If I could gibe this place 0 stars I would, not only did they break and throw out all my families gifts, but they also didn't inform me of anything, then wouldn't refund me the $150 I spent all together, and then blamed me for what happened. Guess I'm going to FedEx
Absolute worst UPS store in all of the United States. Miserable staff and the tall, blond, horse face owner is a sorry excuse for a human being. Customer is always wrong is their mantra. Everyone in this store including the twinkle-toes do-boy think they're running the Pentagon. News flash: It's just a UPS store. If you're that unhappy with life do the rest of us a favor and swallow the cyanide pill all Nazis are known to carry. I've been in there about 5 times. Wouldn't go back in the pick up a lottery check.
I paid for priority overnight with delivery by 9:00am the next day. UPS Store held this cooler full of perishables for over 25 hours before deciding to ship them overnight to a lab. This the second time in as many months that this has occurred. I was under the impression that guaranteed overnight delivery actually meant guaranteed overnight delivery. Instead of waiting a day then shipping it. As much as they are charging me to ship overnight, I damn well expect them to ship overnight. It is not rocket science. Do your damn job!
The team down at the UPS Store is great. I have had a UPS box there for the last 4 years and love it. It works out great because I own a business and all UPS ground shipments arrive about 10am and so I don't have to wait around all day for my shipments of supplies. Second, they sign for all packages and I get a text or email as soon as a package is delivered. Third, it is a commercial address so it makes getting any kind of shipment easy. I've gotten to know a lot of the employees b/c I go in about everyday and they've been both friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend our UPS store!
