Awful, absolutely awful, I would rate a 0 if I could. I don't normally write reviews for places, but I had to make an exception for this place. I don't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else.

Mid day yesterday get an email saying they can't do our wedding anymore because the date was full. Understandable I am upset and confused, how could they give our date away after they promised we would have it? I called them and (I am assuming it was the owner) was very rude to me when I was just trying to get to the bottom of things. She would not give me a straight answer and just kept saying she would call me back (which hasn't happened yet).

I received a call from my sister after the delivery was made and she could hardly talk! She said the arrangement was exquisite! She also raved about the gorgeous gift basket filled with candles, soaps, etc.

We meet with country flowers to have them do the arrangements and bouquets for our wedding in September. All was going well until we came to sign the contract, the owner told us we could not sign any contract because we had to figure out exactly what we wanted. She said we couldn't make any changes to the contract, so until we fully knew what we wanted we couldn't sign (which might make sense, I understand not wanting to change things up too much. But we were ready to sign and all in all we weren't going to change much.) I asked the owner if we would still have our date because she wouldn't let us sign a contract and she told me yes, we won't give your date away. I confirmed this with her a few times before we left, because we didn't sign anything I wanted to make sure we for sure had the date.

I understand there isn't anything that can be done because we didn't have a singed contract, but we had been guaranteed we would have our date. What I am thinking is the owner never told the scheduler we had the day reserved and so the scheduler kept booking our date while we were unaware. This situation could have been handled a lot better.

So my point to this long message is that if you decide to go with this business for anything (I won't be ordering anything from them) be sure to get everything down in writing! Even if it's a small order, get it down in writing so this fiasco wont happen to anyone else.

Thank you, Country Flower Shop for the incredible quality and service on such a short notice. You went the extra mile to make my sisters day memorable. I'll certainly be ordering from you in the future!

I paid a premium price for the 'touch of spring''. While my daughter-in-law received a nice arrangement it was sparce. Their website shows a spring mix with a couple of roses added. Mine had no roses and only pink and purple. Where was the mix? where was the yellow and the roses? It looked unfinished. Disappointed. I won't order here again.

Fast forward two months and we are trying to get ahold of someone so we can finally come in and sign. We try for weeks, and I do mean weeks, to get ahold of someone so we can get things finalized. We finally can get ahold of the proper person and set a consult time for later this month, two weeks from the phone call.

My fiancé called them shortly after I talked to her and he got treated the same way. She was rude and was accusing us of things we never said to her. It was an awful experience. We are two months out from our wedding now and we don't have a florist...

I'm happy to tell how nice of a job Kaila at Country Flower did on my wedding flowers in June. We met a couple of times, and emailed a few more, to plan arrangements for the bridal party and for decorating the church. I was pleased to hear that she had experience making European-style hand-tied bouquets, (which seem to be increasing in popularity in the U.S. anyway). Kaila listened really well to what I was picturing for my florals. She let her expertise shine through her suggestions, and wasn't afraid to name the flowers of which she had most confidence in their quality and seasonality. She personally designed the arrangements and, voila!, I walked into an impressive, beautiful church holding an artistic, beautiful bouquet on my wedding day. Everything was as promised, from the type of flowers, to the style, to the logistics of having it delivered for us. We were able to use all of the flowers afterward for the head and buffet tables at the reception (plus brought a few more vases of simple flowers ourselves). A happy THANK YOU to your team for making my wedding beautiful and letting it be filled with flowers. : )

I ordered flowers from Country Flowers for my sister's birthday. Being from SD and not able to see what they had, they described a couple of arrangements in my price range that were ready to go. I took their advice and ordered one of the arrangements they described. I also wanted a gift basket of "stuff" to be delivered with the flowers and left it up to them what to put in it.

HORRIBLE PRICING AND OK SERVICE. My boyfriend got me flowers for our anniversary he spent $80 for supposedly a good amount of roses, and when they delivered me the boutique I only received two roses. I’ am very dissapointed in the service and the lasy was also very rude and kept rushing my boyfriend to fill out the card. I do not recommend this place to anyone
