ignore one star reviews for Planet Natural. The lack of responsible consumers who fail to get packages in a timely manner is NOT a valid reflection of Planet Natural and they superb customer support!
A wonderful place. Everything you could want for growing indoor plants and some good tools for outdoor growing as well. They also have a great section for home brewing.
We purchased praying mantis nests this year from this company. They arrived in great condition and all hatched as promised. Initially I didn't think they would hatch so I contact the company and they encouraged me to wait a bit longer and sure enough - a few weeks later all hatched! Great products and communication with customer service excellent!
i called customer service at Planet Natural today and spoke to Dave. I had questions about which predatory mites would be effective against russet mites, the aids/cancer of my indoor garden. he let me know the mites they sell were NOT effective against russet mites rather than selling me a product i dont need! he went further to tell me about Flying Skull's Nuke Em, which has been effective, and consulted his co-workers for additional advice, and emailed me some additional ideas and advice.
i was so grateful for his candid and honest help, i asked if i could put in a good word with his superiors. he said i should leave a google review.
