On par with coops and natural food stores in much bigger cities, with great prices for organic, local and natural selections for members. Always a great produce section. The kombucha bar is great (bring a growler!). Good prices for non-members. If you just moved to the area and need a replacement for Whole Foods or your coop, this is your best bet. The membership program is in the spirit of a true coop - once you leave you get your membership dues refunded. A real community asset.
Coffee cups suck. Don't hold a straw or prevent spills. Some virtue-signalling cuck with only a couple hours of engineering but a major in gender studies, came up with the design. These lids are like designing a car with square wheels, and pretending it's an improvement.
The Co-Op is a fantastic place for shopping, chilling, lunch, meetings and so much more. The whole atmosphere is comfy and homey. Kids are welcome and never feel out of place. Customer service is stellar. The bulk section has the best tea and spice selection in town. The supplements section is well stocked to boot. The bakery brownies have a special place in my life - stockpiled in my freezer as my personal treat.
Amazing food Oasis! Always my first stop when I visit for private cheffing gigs in nearby Livingston, MT. Great meat and seafood counter and bulk spices plus a wonderful deli for a quick meal. Coffee and juice bar upstairs with outdoor seating upper and lower levels. The best!
I pay a premium price for drinks. I know there are multiple companies making disposable cups with the standard cross pattern for the straw hole. If you want to make the plastic cups out of bamboo, that's up to you.
So many options on the hot bar and their tofu is so good! Also recommend the mushroom curry. They sell many different options for vegans as well. The vegan cheese selection is superb!
