Cathy is a fantastic teacher who makes the aerial arts a total blast for anyone of any age, skill level, or body type. Her space at the Emerson is perfect, with awesomely high ceilings and a variety of different apparatus to explore movements with. I highly recommend Mountain Air Dance to anyone with a curiosity for aerial arts or those with experience and a desire to take it further. You'll love it!
