Would never do business with Steve or his office!!!! He will rip you off and not take ownership. He has overcharged us $1000-1500/yr for 10 years and then told us it was because we we on an "old" policy and it should have been changed. Why wouldn't you have told us that??? Isn't that your job??? Nice customer service Steve!
I've had Farmers for a long time, but the first time I had to file a claim was with Steve. Months later, another issue with my car cropped up, related to my original claim, and Steve didn't hesitate when I contacted him about the possibility of adding the damage to the claim.
