Horrendous customer service, 2-3 hour wait every time, bad attitudes and unhelpful demeanors by 90% of staff who work there.
Disgusted with how poorly this system works. Has not changed with in at least 15 years. Time to revamp and change how they work.

I wanted to give a huge "Thank You" to Bernie! I have had trouble transferring my title to Montana and have been in twice in the past few months with little help. This morning Bernie spent some time with me and not only helped me get my plates but did it with genuine kindness and grace. She is a gem!! Much appreciation Bernie. :)
