The staff sucks and will charge you for large drinks and popcorn... "it's only 50cents more bro". I happily drive out of town not to give them my money.
Have never had a bad experience here, and have been many times. Popcorn has always been good. High pricing for snacks and drinks is normal for most movie theaters. No issues with that. Staff have always been friendly and fairly good at handling busy situations. Theaters are clean. Advertisements and commercials are a part of the business and experience. Give it a chance.
Why are majority of the reviews so critically harsh? Could it be many of the reviewers get what they give when it comes to customer service? Not to dismiss any of the criticisms people have experienced from this theater, but think about how most people behave in public while being served by others; most of the time it's the customer that's rude, too demanding, and expects a quality of service that may exceed their expectations.
I find the staff friendly and accomodating, the technology is up to date and functioning (excellent viewing and auditory experience from a small theater) and comfy seating. And when there have been technical difficulties, the management has quickly resolved any issues from the technical down to refunding the customer and/or issuing a re-ticket of the same movie for a later time and date. Yes, food and drink could be cheaper, but I can't complain too much about the prices at the concession stand because I don't fully understand the cost of operating a movie theater.
Movies we're good. Seating is good if you happen to be in the bigger theaters. The staff was nice to us. Proud of their prices and we had to sit through a political chest pounding! I don't go to movies to hear political views! PLEASE!
The theater is clean, the ticketing is easy, the screens are good size and the seating is comfortable. The snack bar has a range of options. I suppose when the theaters are busy then having the labyrinth line to the snack counter makes sense, otherwise it serves no purpose. It is a small inconvenience so that is why not 5* rating. We had a private showing of "The Emoji Movie", that is, we were the only people in the theater. It was great! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Oh , the medium size drinks are gigantic.
Based on my experience, I give 4 out of 5 stars because there is always room for improvement; not just from the staff, but from continually updating the facility and finding new ways to enhance the experience of attending a movie.
