My kids love coming here. As do it. The fenced playground makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine instead of compulsively watching the streetside of the park.
The hedgerows were pregnant with berries and we tasted some. They energized us with their pleasant waft. The delicious taste stayed with us all the way home.1. The mountains were bone-white. 2. A wall of snow came crashing down. The mountains were crinkled at the top.
This park is HUGE! Once the big, fenced-in dog park is finished, it will be incredible. Currently, there are two ponds, and then another one or two inside the fenced-in area with a boardwalk for dog to dive off of. There is also a second fenced-in dog area for agility training. The big hill in the park is frequently used in winter for sledding.
One of my favorite places to take my dogs. The park itself is very large worth a decent sized enclosure to let the dogs run free. My only complaint is the parking situation. There are two parking areas, and the one close to the dog area is very small and often muddy.
Fabulous playground, huge dog park, pond with fenced beach area (to keep dogs off that area), bike pump track, skate area. Plus it's near the fire station (fun to see fire trucks!), and clean Porta potties by the beach and park
