Extremely rude, disrespectful and immature with the way they handle their clients. I am appalled that they have the ability to get away with the lack of professionalism and respect in their offices. The handling of simple tasks is turned into a dramatic show where no sense of maturity is applied to the situation. Again, I am appalled that they are able to execute such terrible conduct regardless of ones personal approach or situation.
