I would give 0 stars, if that were an option. Just too many times where our packages didn't get delivered. Today, the driver said they tried to deliver, but I wasn't home, and there was nowhere safe to leave it. I was WAITING BY MY DOOR when they said they tried to deliver it, so I KNOW it was BS. I called at 12:11 and was told I would be called within an hour. No call. I called at 2:15 and was told I would absolutely be called by 3:30. No call. I called at 5:50, and was told that the folks there on Simmental way wold call me immediately. NO CALL AT ALL. And I really needed my package today. So - I have to wait all weekend for some other driver with a little bit more job ethic to maybe deliver my package. I looked and looked but there is no way on Amazon to specify the shipper, because if I could, I would never be subjected to UPS again. USPS and FedEx manage to get my parcels to the door.
Usually it's great. People are typically kind and quick but I've had experiences where redirection orders have been lost and staff was rude. Hit or miss experiences here.
•Instead of reaching a person in Bozeman, you get routed to a call center in another location.
•Never a good thing when the customer has to pick up their own packages.
Wish it were possible to give 0 stars. My rating is based solely on the rude/unprofessional office staff - Not the drivers.

There is no local number you can use to have them hold a package. Even though the place is right here, you have to call an 800 number, wait through endless prompts, then maybe finally get connected to someone with very poor English. What should be so simple becomes a mess. They don't really grasp in Bangladesh that people with no mail delivery don't want our packages turned over to USPS.
