Slow slow slow, but what government employees move fast? They can't even get sending items to bozeman right. Ship from Baxter to Babcock and they loose it..
They took all of the mail out of my mailbox and sent me a change of address request and a hold on my mail. Now I have to go into the office and recover all of my mail for no reason. Awesome.
I come here quite often to purchase postage and send packages, sometimes the lines are long but the staff will do its best to open more registers in order to get the lines moving. The ladies running the registers are always very nice and make my experience pleasant, often the interactions I have with them, will be the best interactions I have with a person behind a counter all week.
Otherwise, I've had generally positive & time efficient experiences at this USPS location! The lines move pretty quickly, and they are usually fully staffed to get you in and out.
A special thank you to the shining star of Bozeman USPS, Nick, the guy who usually works at the smaller kiosk to the right, ponytail guy. He has easily helped me more than all of the other employees combined! He has helped me ship packages overseas, change my address, get keys for new mailboxes (a bunch of stuff I had no idea how to do) all without confusing me and without being condescending or making me feel stupid, ect.
Cannot seem to get through via phone, they take the phone off the hook! Very poor customer service... Your customers want to know where their packages are..
