This is about 2 years overdue. Tim worked very hard on finding me my my current house. He showed me many homes and listened to all my concerns and needs. Helped point out many pro's and con's, was not pushy to sell any house, nor did he try to rush me at all. Very great experience working with him. Great communication as well.

I flew in on a long holiday weekend and met with Tim to view properties that we had discussed, plus some! He was gracious enough to spend the entire day showing me around the whole area that he had mapped out with details on each property. Because I was not from the area he answered all of the many questions that I had. Hart realty also provided many details, which satisfied any and all of my concerns. We initially found Hart Real Estate by searching on the web. Walked in the office and it was inviting and everyone was very nice. We met with Lori (with no appointment). We told her what we were looking for and she was able to show us some land for sale in the Bozeman and surrounding areas to potentially relocate. We provided our information to her and she said she would email us information and never did. It was very disappointing as we were vacationing in MT and we're hoping to look at some lots before we left. Not sure if the profit would have been worth it for them to help us find land and build our dream home.
By far working with Tim Hart and his team was the best home buying experience I have ever had. There were some challenges along the way with the tough buyer market here in Bozeman and it took some time but Tim and his crew worked hard and never gave up on me.
