Slow service they were so slow I actually didn't get food but instead left!! Pathetic place don't waste your time or money!!
we got one thing, and it took them 23 minutes. The drive-through was not even busy. We went inside because we got to the point where where we were going to complain about it and we have places to be. They weren’t even really working at all. Everyone it was just really chilling out, and putting no urgency on the customers. Once we got to the window finally, they did not even remember what we ordered. After getting our food, we found a big piece of hair in our mashed potatoes. Boycotting this place for good. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service.
Always friendly but they close to early, my opinion, 10pm for the lobby, whish it was 24/7/365.
The staff isn't very friendly and they always get something wrong in our order. The food is good though.
Was extremely impressed with the quality of food that night. Hot and fresh. Good service. Didn't mind the wait for such impressive results
