Poor management, lots of cops, drugs and violence in the park. Hated living there.
Pricing for renting a lot is too high!! Over 500 a month!! They need to get rid of run down disgusting homes, you could have a beautiful home and right next to you is a crappy trailer and the yard is gross...they charge way too much for lots here!!!

The manager is slow about repairing or replacing things. If he does it at all.
