My hot tub was continuously tripping the breaker and it has been frustrating. I called the service department and they sent Jared to my house to do a diagnostic check and low and behold through his expertise, he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and accurately. Needless to say, I am very happy with the professionalism and honest solution. Thank You Mountain Hot Tub service and Jared!!
These guys were pretty awesome. Our salesman (Clint) definitely knew his hot tubs and answered every question we threw at him. Even let us get in a couple at the showroom and try them out which was huge in making our decision.
The delivery guys showed up on schedule and had everything up and running in a few hours. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Super easy to deal with -- installation (by crane!) was smooth. Installers did a great job explaining everything, removing trash, and making sure everything was working correctly. Very pleasant experience all around.
