Run! First, the units smell so strong of mildew that your stuff will soon stink. I left before my first month was up due to the smell. Be sure to stay until the last day you are paid through as they DO NOT pro-rate and undoubtedly make a lot of money this way - I left early so not only did they keep my money but they re-rented the unit so were essentially getting double payment for the better part of a month. Nothing else was available in town when I rented here and thank goodness I was able to move elsewhere where management seems a bit more honest and the units do not smell.I have rented from many storage places in Bozeman and elsewhere and this is the first one I have found who says no pro-rating ... customer service is not the name of the game here.
