The service here has not been great the last few times I was there. The food is sub-par at best.

This is my first ever review of a restaurant but unfortunately my last dining at The Bay!!
Horrible!!! Service was extremely bad. Ordered appetizer and after 35 minutes had to wave down server. He said he was checking on it.... as the waiter was delivering food to another table next to us he leaned over with the other tables food and asked if we just wanted to cancel the order!? We asked to speak to the manager and he pointed at a man that was at another table and sarcastically said"he's busy with others and won't be available for about 10 minutes! Whe waved manager over and he said he was at a loss for an explanation but would speak to the waiter.
Fabulous food and service. The drinks were also delicious.
