If you want an honest opinion on this establishment, its absolutely despicable. they have no structure as far running an efficient and safe shop. The employees are miserable unprofessional not certified to work on your vehicle in any capacity. Unlike there Ressler counter part, the quick lube techs that have to undergo a rigorous training that involves computer certifications and on the job training as well. real high quality people working in there shop that actually enjoy what they do and value customer service not there wallet. Needless to say there true honest well established automotive shop. Billion has no reputable knowledge what so ever. I would not let them touch your lively hood just to have some ignorant uneducated individual possibly jeopardize your property. regardless if you bought your vehicle from them at the end of the day its your opinion who you want to do maintince on your vehicle but I can assure you this place is joke there in violation of numerous osha violation and they will be investigated I could go on about the employee and the mismanagement but this is just a general summarization of the billion express lube fyi I'm a former employee
Honest, ethical and prompt service. After getting bent over at Ressler Quick Lube I decided to try out Billion. Fair pricing on the standard oil service and I even got a free car wash! I'll be needing major oil services next time and I am confident that I will be treated fairly at J C Billion. Also had new windshields installed on both vehicles there. Again, prompt service with fair prices. I'm a fan.
