Dr. Todd and staff are phenomenal. We have never had anything but a great experience every visit, including no issues with billing. My kids actually love going to the dentist!
Very nice front end personnel and the dentist is a competent dentist. When you call to inquire about their process with billing....the lady that handles that section cannot explain it very good and then hangs up on you when she gets frustrated with questions. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you like to deal with headaches when you question their billing practices.
We love Dr Todd and his amazing staff, what a great kid friendly space! My kids have gone there since they were babies - he treats them free up until 18 months, and now my oldest has braces from him too!!!
My kids love coming to this office. The aquarium in the waiting room is their favorite, and the complimentary coffee is mine.
