My MacBook was shutting down randomly. Don performed two tasks in an attempt to fix the issue, but ultimately concluded that the best cost benefit analysis would be to get a new computer. Most of all, he honored his guarantee, which I really appreciate!
Don lives here in Bozeman. I gave him a call when my computer screen went blank. He fixed it more quickly than I expected (just two days) and he charged a reasonable priced. I'd bring it back to him in a heartbeat if it breaks down again.
Great service.....fast.....friendly...and Don spent extra time with me after he was paid and the job was done to teach me how to better operate my system amongst other important things I had no idea of until today....he's my Computer Expert from here on out.
