great haircut friendly staff would highly recommend their services!
I tried quite a few different salons in Bozeman before finding this one, and none of them compare. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, and I always get the exact hair cut that I want. I usually have Nicole or Maria do my hair, and both of them do a fabulous job! I always enjoy talking to them during my appointments as well. I love this salon!
I found the ladies here very friendly. However, the owner did not do the best job on my hair. I walked out of there looking like something straight out of the 80's. I do have curly hair, which seems to be tricky for a lot of stylists in this town. If you have straight or wavy hair, I've seen this place do nice work on that type of hair.
I went here a few months ago and got my hip length hair cut above shoulders into a bob, and that went fine. I did end up going to a friend to have layers cut into it - no fault of hers really. Nicole, the owner, told me that she was very good at hair color and that I should return to her since I mentioned wanting to dye it as well. I ended up dying it on my own, a dark brown and wanted it lighter so I returned to her. She kept telling me that it was going to "blend" and that my request for looking natural would be taken care of. After two hours of her foiling my hair (something I've never done before and trusted her) I was ready to leave and didn't get a good look at my hair before heading home. I paid her 115 + a 20 dollar tip because she's a nice woman. On the way home I'm examining my hair and I'm noticing all of these horizontal streaks in my hair, the color of pennies and then vertical grey streaks in my hair. I'm almost in tears and called her to let her know that she had made a ton of mistakes and she said she'd fix it. I live an hour away and had to work and was TRAUMATIZED by the way she made me look. Everyone was asking me why I did this to my hair - I looked like Cruella de Vil on account of a huge white streak she put in my hair in the middle front, WHY?! So my third time calling her I'm in tears asking her why she did this and she told me that I should've known that the foils leave streaks - but yet she knew I had NEVER had my hair foiled and she gave me NO information about that. She said she was fixing MY mistake, when my hair was fine - just darker than my liking and she complimented that color I had. So finally she stops arguing with me and said she'd refund me everything but the product and I told her no, that wasn't going to work because she royally screwed my hair up so much that I was being laughed at and she agreed to refund it all. I received a check of 100 dollars, so what happened to the other 36? I wouldn't recommend her, at all. This was a complete nightmare, but luckily I was able to fix this myself. Thanks Nicole.
