Tammy is so wonderful! I have been going to her for almost three years and every single time she is amazing, I have never been let down by her. I highly recommend her, she is the best in Bozeman!!

I have been here multiple times to get pedicures in the past and they are great. Recently I decided my weak fingernails also needed a pick me up. I have done this now 4 times and EVERY time I come in for my appt that I have made ahead of time...I am sitting there waiting for 10+ minutes before anyone helps me. I have even thought maybe requesting a certain person would keep this from happening. It does not. Aside from the lack of promptness on their part, they also have full on conversations amongst themselves (often in another language) without including the client. Sadly any nail ladies I have used in the past have moved or I would not have come back after my 2nd visit. Looks like I will be doing better research for a new place in town. If you can avoid it, try another place where they appreciate any and all business better.
Went to get a full set of acrylic nails. I brought in a picture of what I wanted them to look like and gave them to the man. The guy I got made my nails bumpy and Spent very little time on them, he acted like he didn't really care. After I explained that I didn't like the finished product and instead of taking the time to redo them he just put white nail polish over. Ended up leaving but then came back the same day and asked for someone else to fix them. At this point the man started yelling! most of the employees were staring at me and it was a very uncomfortable situation. Finally I got a nice lady to redo my nails and they turned out pretty good, won't go there again though.
