Left much to be desired.
I had a horrible experience. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted which were matte nude nails and what she gave me were shiny baby pink nails. She made me bleed twice and my acrylics are thick and uneven. I can't believe I paid 50$ for this. I will never come back here.
usually i am fairly happy with the way my nails are done (when i ever actually get seated), but costumer service is pretty horrible. what's the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait 30+ minutes before you're even seated then 10+ more to get your nails done? i understand if you're busy, but if you don't take appointments don't TAKE appointments-say you just do walk ins. today was the 3rd time this has happened to me here and it's frustrating to try to fit something into your schedule only to have that happen
The one time I went here with my sister, they layered 4 coats of polish on my nails as it was old and streaking. After complaining about how think my nails were and asking them to correct it, they interpreted that as reshaping the ends of my nails to be squared off by cutting them. When I asked why they did that, they said I bite my nails and it was my fault the shape was like this. While every coat dried, they played games of their phones and just let the phones ring. Very unprofessional. They didn't let my nails soak, no massage and paid full price even after complaining. After
One woman was working on my nails while switching between 3 other women's nails at the same time.
The pedicure was more of an express pedicure, quick, not very thorough and not worth $35 in my opinion.
The SNS nails are supposed to last 2 1/2 weeks. Mine lasted 2 days.. Not worth it
