First attempt to purchase was met with annoyance when I expressed interest and had questions about the product. My husband went in with the full intention of purchasing a stove - again was met with indifference - scheduled to have owner to come for a on sight inspection. We never heard from them - not even a call. Can't figure out how these people stay in business with such a dismissive attitude toward customers. Guess they didn't want our money - we went down the street to Bares Stoves - lovely people and we are the proud owners of a terrific Leyden wood stove.

Tried to have them to install one of their stoves I got from a friend couldn't get any action, maybe they thought there wasn't enough money in it for them.Going to try someone else.
They have always been reliable and fair. We have purchased several items from them over the span of 20+ years and have had very good service.
We have used them on multiple projects and have had honest and professional service. They carry quality brands that they know well and execute per mfg installations which is critical considering the risks associated with fireplaces.
