I think a company should be judged not only by the products they sell but how the management treats its people. how many times are you going to see the service dept. at your house replacing seal fails, or other problems? as some one who has seen a lot of diffrent windows, and doors I have found wheather shield windows to be some of the worst on the market, for seal fails and for replacement glass. I also feel that the money you spend on these windows is just not worth it. there are better windowes out there for near the same money. and management that is a lot easier to deal with . I urge you to shop around befor you buy from this company.
I have had these windows in our house for 20 years. This Bozeman company, Valley Glass, has been timely for replacement and repair. They stand by their warranty and work. I will always recommend this company.
Bought a glass shower door. The service was wonderful and the door turned out beautiful. Would highly recommend using this business.
The sales staff is about the only reason to consider this place. But once they've made the sale even they tend to drop off until you ask about buying again. But once you've got an order expect delays, and reschedules, and rude people on the phone. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired, If I'm going to pay your prices for windows and doors I expect a little more professionalism. That includes the management, I've seen how they talk to the workers there, it's no wonder the workers don't do a great job. I suggest contractors in the area stick to KN, better than dealing with this "business".
Why don't you spend a little bit of the money on some new vehicles and an updated look. Hire some employees that know what they're doing too.
