My husband purchased a ring for me without either he or me knowing my ring size. It took a few back and forths via USPS to get it right and all the while the staff was more than gracious to help us get it right.
The staff was so nice when picking out my yogo sapphire wedding ring and husband's custom band. They made sure we got what we wanted in time for our wedding. I came back for MIL gifts and got 4 yogo sapphire necklaces for a great price! The moms and grandma loved the unique designs and MT sapphires. Was lied to about quality of diamond ordered for a custom ring, they tried to pull a fast one and rip my fiancé off. When I said I would rather just get my money back after they tried to take me they would not give even close to a full refund even though it was less than a week from a paid in full order!
