By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I've been to Olive Garden. Not only was the guy rude, but I had to ask people where the ticket reel was because it was hidden in a corner. The employees are awful, and the office has the worst layout imaginable.
Worst DMV service I've ever had. They don't answer the phone, they don't serve the walk-ins almost at all, and if they do, it's one every two hours, Montana is growing, and having two people working at all times, will never successfully work, I saw with my own eyes today. Terrible.....
They are very rude and staffed with incompetent people who decide daily if they feel like taking walk-in appointments. They are nice enough to post a small flyer at the front door and reference that they posted a notice even though the website, the little helper bot animation, and the person you spoke to on the phone told you that you do not need an appointment to change your name on your license, just walk in. Please, do yourself a favor and ALWAYS make an appointment. It will save you a lot of wasted time.
I just renewed my license this morning. I didn't have an appointment (helpful hint: get yourself organized and make an appointment well in advance), but I was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was processed. The folks that work there are very busy and under a lot of pressure. They remain calm, polite and friendly! Many thanks!
Let me start with this. If I could give this negative stars, I would. For my job, I have to drive. I made an appointment the four days before my license expired. When I showed up, they did not have me in the system for their appointments. I showed my confirmation email, but was quickly dismissed and told to wait until their was an opening. I waited for 2 hours before calling it quits. I showed up on my birthday at 7:45 and took a number. With 6 people working that day, you would think that I would be out of there within the hour. I could not have been more wrong. Out of the 6 employees there, only 3 were doing something. The other 3 were so booked up that walk-ins simply were not going to happen. Either make it so the employees are not overbooked and can actually do walk-ins or hire more people. Also the next opening for an appointment isn't until June so I am forced to have my wife drive me somewhere else so that I can actually get my renewal in a timely manner.
