Staff is not helpful. Tried to get them to help me find an item in backstock and to do a simple price check to no avail. They acted like it was a burden to help. I ended up getting cheaper paint because they were unable to help me. This store needs to train their employees in proper customer service.
I enjoy this store, this time they just didn't have what I wanted. Would love to see a better collection of wooden letters. More fonts and sizes.
