Nurses so gentle, so caring you won’t find better anywhere!

First the good:

-They are super Christian (which makes the cruel behavior of the front desk staff even more deplorable). I was one of two people who worked there that was not religious, but I kept it quiet. Being religious in an of itself is not a problem until you start pushing it on everyone. I know the front desk staff was not allowed to refer people to abortion clinics even if they specifically asked for one. Some doctors also refused to prescribe certain kinds of birth control that they personally disagreed with (such as IUDs or the morning after pill). As someone already stated, they do not advertise themselves as a Christian organization - its just a perk you find out upon arrival.

I would highly recommend this Clinic!

Pay close attention to the only negative review. It's a fellow Healthcare professional posting bad reviews about his competition.

Office Staff that works to gets you in even during the busiest times!

While the doctors and nursing staff are great, they should FIRE their billing person. Despite having been in their office nearly a half dozen times in 2017 AND repeatedly telling them that my entire family is covered under my insurance plan PLUS providing them copies of the card, they continue to file claims with our old insurance company - one that I haven't been covered under for THREE YEARS! It's so frustrating!

Then the bad:

Doctors that take the time to Listen to you!

I had a really tough time deciding whether to give one or 2 stars, and I decided to err in the clinic's favor.

-They are technologically in the 1950s (as someone else already stated, but I'll elaborate). You will have a paper file (pretty sure this is a HIPAA violation) that is stored on site, unless a doctor decides to take it home (definitely a HIPAA violation). It was not uncommon for files to be lost (that means that any records they had for you - lab results, x-rays, doctors notes, prescriptions, etc. - were gone, possibly forever). Also, the front desk literally does not have access to the internet, so anything that needs to be transmitted is either via fax or USPS mail. Prescriptions were transmitted via fax and as fax is not a reliable technology, they were often never received leaving patients waiting a very long time to fill prescriptions. Doctors notes are still recorded on a tape recorder (literally tapes, even that isn't digital) and then transcribed. Oh, and their database runs on MS-DOS (the computers do not even have mice) because they are too cheap to update their system. I would hope that some of this has changed in the last few years, but I doubt it.

-The two ladies who run the front office are uncaring and harsh. Working with them, and those under them who were only marginally more tolerable was miserable; it felt like I was in high school with the plastics, but in the 1950's - they were chock-full of backhanded compliments and the like. One of the ladies would make comments about another co-workers weight and in general they would gossip about one another (and patients). I personally saw both of these ladies publicly chastise patients for a multitude of reasons - I was horrified and this was one of the reasons I left.

-Most of the doctors are kind and capable.

An office that makes you feel like your visiting friends!

I currently see Dr. Steven Roberts, my experience with him has been the best of my life. I came from Portland Oregon with a very difficult medical complication. Portland is considered a "highly advanced medical area" and I was treated like cattle at over 8 different facilities, these places where supposed to be the best of the best, Harvard medical graduates, naturapaths, physical therapy, you name it, I've tried it. Dr. Roberts was very polite, listened, gave valuable feedback back, and came to a conclusion that helped more than anything in the last 8 years. He simply took time to talk and listen. I love this office and these people. Thank you Dr. Roberts.

I was both a patient and employee of this practice a few years ago.

-They are in a convenient location within the hospital in a nice suite.

As far as a Bozeman Clinic goes, they are very professional and I've always been happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bottom line, I think you can find a better place to provide healthcare.
