The procedure was done by Dr. Andrade, who is very nice and understanding of patients. Definitely recommend him over Todd Storm.
Dr. Todd Storm was quite rude and dismissive. I had a toenail removed and suspected infection, so went in for a recheck by Dr. Storm. He didn't really listen and just brushed me off. It hurt so much when he removed the gauze, which stuck to the surgical site. And put insult to injury, the doc just said it shouldn't hurt that much. Very arrogant and condescending. Shows no sympathy to patients.
I have given births twice (the second time without any amnesia/epidural), so I have a pretty good tolerance to pain and not someone who whimpers.
