In store service was good, not super helpful on helping me return a purchase from online though. Office Depot customer service from the 1-800 number has YET to contact me back to return. Very frustrated and probably won't buy electronics from here again. Too much of a hassle.
Extremely friendly, extremely responsive, very cost-effective, in the print Department. And when you call you actually get a human being!
The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance finding a certain printer and corresponding ink. Their store could be a little better laid-out.

Anyone complaining must not have gone to either of the Staples in Bozeman, as they are extremely understaffed and have told me I will have to wait for someone to be available to help me find something. Whereas Office Depot you can't even walk to the back wall without being asked if you need help. Additionally, it's much cleaner and better stocked than either Staples.
