The store never worked to get this resolved for me, even though they should have been.
Staff has always been friendly and educated enough about their product. That being said, I do not shop here without having done some research of my own first.
Have had nothing but frustration from this store. They aren’t truly apple so they use that as an excuse, and do nothing to help. They charge ridiculous amounts for their service and are snotty stuck up jerks when they speak to you. We had an expanded battery that broke the mouse pad on our MacBook Pro, and the only thing they could tell us was that the battery was at the “end of its life” and that it’ll cost $300 to fix it. So when we said, could you just remove it so it’s not a danger they told us it would cost $20, for a 5 minute service! And the kid says, “our time is worth something”.... are you kidding me?!? What happened to customer service. This is not the only time these clowns have been so unhelpful, just the most recent and most frustrating!!!! My husband is an IT professional, and they speak to us as if we are back wood yokels! I will NOT be back!
Went in January to get a recall battery for an iPhone. Apple sent the battery to the store. The store never called me and sent the battery back to apple. After 4 months and probably 20 hours on the phone it finally got fixed.
Putting aside the price of the repair, the people who work there are fantastic. My repair was done faster than the time quoted so I was very happy. I’m glad it was done by a Certified Apple Specialist!
This store has been getting worse and worse. Be weary of the information you are being told. I have been told inaccurate information on multiple recent occasions now. Very disappointing.
Whenever I called the store no one would pick.
Try to avoid if possible. There are other, more competent Apple specialists in town.
It was an awful experience overall.
