He is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a frequent visitor with phone issues. Always has a smile on his face and anxious to help.

Horrible! Just got tricked into $80 in accessories and $20 in protection plans. When she grabbed accessories I asked how much they were because there were no signs. She said don't worry it is part of a package deal. Later when checking out she said that would be $130. I said for what she said for all the add ons. I said I didn't want them she said too late She had already put them on. What a scam. Careful of Sue ....should have just gone online and saved the money.
