Convenient, only $2.70 to have a shirt cleaned, starched, and pressed but they didn't do the best job and pants were a little pricey
Horrible customer service. I called to get a quote to have linens steamed. The girl was unwilling to help and rude. She told me the cost would be 10-15 and up. When I asked for a more specific quote she said when I pick them up they will just "pick a price".

I've called multiple times. I always reach someone who has no idea what the prices are, or about anything in general. I am always told someone will give me a call back. I never get a call back. I've got a few hundred dollars in business for them, per month, but I've just given up. Not sure how to get the message to management about this, so I'm leaving a review here.
