The first time I went here the young lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. The second time was horrible. We are new to the area so we really didn't know where to go for my husband's business suits. Anyways this last time I went in on Friday to drop it off and needed to pick it up Tuesday evening. I know kind of rushed, but I didn't think it was a huge deal. The lady acted like I ruined her world. She was just so rude. I'm a newer customer, I didn't realize the length of their turn around time. Had she been nice about it and explained the situation to me it would have been fine. In the end she made it happen and I just stood their waiting for her to confirm with me that Tuesday evening would be ok. I just stood their awkwardly until finally she said "ok Tuesday, but not before 4" in a very cold tone of voice. I miss the days of good customer service! It matters.
