I took a brand new Talbots sweater to Off the Cuff Dry Cleaners for dry cleaning. I picked up the sweater and didn't notice that it was missing the zipper mechanism until I returned home. I have called and left two voice messages for the business and have received no response. Good customer service would be to bring something like this to the customer's attention when the product was picked up. Didn't happen. There WAS a note on the receipt that said it was received without the zipper mechanism. Simply NOT true. I will not use this business again and I suggest that you not use them either.
They dry cleaned some spots off my sweater very successfully. I was pleased with both the results and the service.
