I like the fact that the ladies in housekeeping left a note on our door to let us know their policy is to clean rooms every other day for people that are staying longer. I just did not like the day our room was being cleaned. Just the towels were restocked, nothing else was. Other than that, our stay was good. Staff were nice to us, from our time of check in, to the housekeeping and to the restaurant. People leave trash outside or in the parking lot but staff keep this place clean.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. but for some weird reason, the room i was in was very dusty and it was hard for me to breathe. so i had to check out immediately but the staff were very understanding about it
Price is great, location is okay, staff is terrible. The front desk person was asleep on the couch when we tried to check in, we had to wake him up to get service. When I went back in for a second key I had to wake him up again and he was downright rude to me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This incident was on 11/18, please address this issue with your staff.
Good clean room. Wi-Fi worked pretty good. They even had a small breakfast, coffee, juice and muffins. They don't announce this because people expect more. Good facilities too. Overall, great for what was paid.
Older but VERY Clean, STAFF are so friendly and very geniune. Price was VERY good and they have laundry facility. Restaurants that you can walk to that also have amazing food and great staff! We chose to stay extra day! Love the laid back energy of this establishment. Thank you STAFF of The BOZEMAN INN.
