I stayed here for almost a 2 weeks! Their room service is excellent. Employee's are professional as well as mannered. Although in the morning I found no coffee on more than a few occasions... I'm a coffee in the morning guy! But that's just me.... Also the internet service is extremely poor... It was frustrating most times. I even paid the 5$ fee for better quality....still very poor. No hot tub! But otherwise I mostly enjoyed my stay... In addition to felt comfortable! I recommend a stay here!!!
I am a Platinum member for the last 5 years with Marriott and this I must say is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and professional, but the property and facilities are way outdated.
No fridge in my room, no big deal I will just get some ice. The ice bucket was disgusting and I am positive the ice bucket liner had been used a few times. The liners was opaque from use and there was residual water droplets inside the bag. Go out to pick up ice in another container and there is only one ice machine in the entire building on the first floor. Rooms loud from outside noise. Wake up to go to the gym and unbelievable, not even a horrible outdated garage gym. There is no gym. Affiliated with a gym, all you have to do is get in your car and drive across the freeway. Rooms feel like you are staying in a hotel from 1970. TV are even way outdated, surprised I did not have to get up and turn the dial for the channels available.
The hotel is located just off the interstate and a short distance from downtown by car. The rooms were adequately furnished, but nothing spectacular. Though there is a pool, there is no hot tub. The computer system was down when we checked in, but there was very little delay in checking in, and the service provided by the front desk was friendly and prompt.
Kind of reminded me of a hampton inn - not fancy, but solid. Good breakfast included, and friendly, helpful staff.
Save the money and camp in a tent and use the showers in the affiliated gym across the freeway.
Room wasn't very clean, loud noises all night because I was next to the ice machine and elevator, no hot water in the morning, and the breakfast was barely edible. I have stayed at several Farfield's and this one was the worst.
