Oh My God! These people are the worst! My landlord had them on call for emergencies. We contacted them, and they kept saying they'll get out to our house tomorrow. Day after day... the same story! The owner of Advanced Plumbing and Heating had promised to work on it Friday. Friday came and in the late afternoon I called to see if we were going to be able to use the bathroom for the weekend. He started with a description of all the other projects he started today... and how complicated they were...etc... but that "he'd try to get out there tomorrow...." I asked him if I could get a more accurate estimate, because we hadn't been able to use the toilet for a week... He became verbally abusive, dropped a long string of profanity on me, and to me to "contact the competition, good F@*%ing luck with that! Good F*@#ing bye!"
Then he hung up on me.
