They were hired to install AC on a house we purchased at the end of July. Using it results in a house that is hotter than when we don't use it. It is now mid September and we still can't get them to actually show up and fix it. When they bother calling us back their excuse is that their licensed contractor is too busy to get to us. Save your money and hire a company that will actually do the work right.
He was supposed to show up the following day at 10 AM in order to look at one of my hot water registers that apparently was stuck open (valve). Never showed up and never called to reschedule even though I waited here over 2 hours past the 10 PM time. Stay away from this stooge and find a real plumber.
Dennis is absolutely AMAZING! He is very sweet and very much knows how to deal with/work with insurance companies if you happen to be dealing with an ins claim. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is an honest and kind person and you do not come across that often anymore.
