Williams Plumbing recently came to my house to service a leaking boiler. The Service Tech was very friendly, professional, and fixed my boiler quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service and plan to use them again.
Techs are very knowledgeable and dispatchers are great to work with.
We have had Stan and Shane service our HVAC system for twice annually for several years. They are always courteous, personable and sincere in their relationship with us and provide excellent service in the process.
Asked them to take a look at our boiler. They walked in wiggled a wire and 20 min latter said they could not work on the boiler the part was obsolete and could not be replced and a new boiler was the only way to fix the problem. Week latter got a bill for $165. When asked they said they were their for 2 hours working on it. I went on line looked up the part and was able to replace the part and fix the boiler. Poor customer service and poor work quality. Don't bother with them.
