Rented a raft for several days. The pick up went well but the drop off was not a good experience. They made us rewash everything we had already power washed at home, were rude about it, and made us pay for a hole in the floor that was there the first day we inflated the raft. Apparently, 'everyone says that it was already there'. All and all not impressed with the quality of customer service. The equipment itself was great.
Bought an NRS accessory locally vs online. The young man noticed something missing in the package and got me taken care of. Super service - it's why you still buy local. Thanks NLTC
