The summer wildlife and wildflowers are lovely, but we can't wait to come back for a winter ski vacation. You can see the ski slopes from the house! This log home is comfortable, beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a working vacation or getting away from it all. Bridger Vista Lodge is the best vacation home we have ever rented.
We came to Montana, from California for a fall getaway. I am a photographer and wanted to go into Yellowstone to capture fall colors. Our stay here was perfect. The home is the best equipped home we have ever rented. We love to cook and the kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen. The views were better than they have on the VRBO site. I took pictures almost every night because the sunsets over the mountains were incredible. My daughter and her husband were with us and they have their toddler, it is equipped with a crib, high chair, ports-crib and a baby gate. It was such great family time. We explored Bozeman, Livingstone and went into Yellowstone two different times. We were able to communicate by email and phone with the owner and they helped us with any questions we had. Everything in the home was labeled so it was so easy to figure out lighting etc, The home was so clean and well maintained. We hope to come back in another season and enjoy it again. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!
We love this place. Beautiful views. Lots to see and do. Skiing in winter. Hiking in summer. And the house is gorgeous with everything we need from a great kitchen to cook and entertain to seasoned wood for the fireplace, WiFi, hot tub, comfortable beds and more. Can't recommend it highly enough. Truly the perfect vacation rental experience.
Bridger Vista Lodge has everything you could ask for in a mountain lodge. For us, it had the perfect amount of indoor & outdoor space, more amenities than we could have hoped for, the mountain look and feel throughout the home, and the ability to house many of our friends and family during the week...all at a great value!! Thank you to the entire Dickinson family and property manager Eva for sharing your cabin with us. It was a truly magical and unforgettable week, and we will be back!
From the start, Wendy was excellent to work with. She responded promptly to our inquiries and was also upfront about potential obstacles to holding a wedding here (parking, etc.). The property manager Eva (Wendy’s Mom) was also a pleasure. She showed us the Lodge several months before our stay so we could visualize the venue for planning purposes and ensure it fit our needs.
I love this place! I stay here every time I am in the area. Since it sleeps up to 10 people, its perfect for large family gatherings! The amenities and the views are amazing! The Wi-fi keeps the kids happy and the hot tub is great to come back and soak in after going to a hike in the mountains! I highly recommend it!
My husband and I live in Bozeman and decided to hold our ~35 guest wedding here in October 2016. We are so glad we found this place! Bridger Vista Lodge is absolutely incredible! It was the perfect size for our rustic mountain wedding, but it will also be perfect for the future anniversaries we plan to hold here with just the two of us (or 3 counting the dog :)).
The home was super clean and well taken care of. With every room you can sense how much the owners enjoy decorating and maintaining the property. The Lodge, although it doesn’t have cell service, has a home phone and wi-fi which allowed us to send and receive text messages (an unexpected bonus). The first floor hosts the garage, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, huge laundry room and outdoor patio with hot tub. Upstairs contains the living room, open kitchen and dining, large outdoor deck, master bedroom with private balcony, huge closet, and on-suite bath with walk-in shower, and guest bath with claw foot tub (not to mention the view from that bathroom!). Really every single window in the home has a gorgeous mountain view! There is a driveway connecting the two stories of the house for handicap accessibility.
Where do I start? Here are some of my favorite memories - the amazing view of the Bridger Mountains & Bridger Bowl out of the huge picture window or the master bedroom's private balcony, enjoying the large hot tub with a glass of wine in the snowfall, family photos on the ski lift chair outside, taking in the beautiful natural scenery on the 5-acre lot, our 9-year old beagle mix napping beside the stone-carved fireplace on the huge comfy couch, a well-equipped beautiful open kitchen, gorgeous rustic furniture, log lighting, elk chandeliers and hand-made quilts, a sound system with speakers throughout the home and outside ... the list goes on!!! All of this less than 30 minutes from Bozeman and about 2 minutes from the slopes.
